Refund Policy

Cancellation of Personal Training Session by a Participant

  • If PC-Savvy Seniors cancels a confirmed training session, you will receive a full refund.

  • If you cannot attend a confirmed training session, a full refund will be given when the cancellation request is made in writing (postal letter or email) at least 3 days prior to the training date. 

Cancellation of Group Training Session by a Sponsoring Organization

  • If PC-Savvy Seniors cancels a confirmed training session, you will receive a full refund.

  • If the sponsoring organization cancels a confirmed training session within 1 week of the training date, a full refund will be provided.

  • Same day cancellations are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to weather conditions or other events beyond the control of the sponsoring organization.  PC-Savvy Seniors, LLC will make every attempt to reschedule services when possible.
