Refund Policy
Cancellation of Personal Training Session by a Participant
- If PC-Savvy Seniors cancels a confirmed training session, you will
receive a full refund.
- If you cannot attend a confirmed training session, a full refund will be given when the cancellation request is made in writing (postal letter or email) at least 3 days prior to the training date.
Cancellation of Group Training Session by a Sponsoring Organization
- If PC-Savvy Seniors cancels a confirmed training session, you will
receive a full refund.
- If the sponsoring organization cancels a confirmed training session
within 1 week of the training date, a full refund will be provided.
- Same day cancellations are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to weather conditions or other events beyond the control of the sponsoring organization. PC-Savvy Seniors, LLC will make every attempt to reschedule services when possible.

If you are unhappy with any of our services, please contact PC-Savvy
Seniors, LLC in writing, and we will endeavor to provide you with a
satisfactory outcome.
