Services for Seniors
In-Home Training (instructor on-site):
Using your computer, PC-Savvy Seniors, LLC provides step-by-step tutoring on requested topics or from a list of structured topics developed by our staff. Learning from your own computer is a great option for improving memory retention of learning objectives. If you do not have a computer, PC-Savvy Seniors will supply one during the session for training purposes.
In-Home Training (by phone using remote connection):
This option is ideal for busy seniors who need quick training on a given topic and also desire privacy while learning in the comfort of your home. PC-Savvy Seniors, LLC utilizes secure, easy to use, remote desktop software to guide you through the training session. It just like us being there without physically being there!
Personal Computer (PC) Technical Support (over the phone):
PC-Savvy Seniors, LLC quickly assesses your technical issues and provides step-by-step instructions on how to resolve the problem over the phone.
Personal Computer (PC) Technical Support (by phone and remote connection):
Some computer issues are fixed more efficiently when PC-Savvy Seniors is able to connect remotely to your computer. This is a great option when you need to install new software or fix operating system settings (screen resolution, firewalls, copying files to and from a thumb drive, etc.).
Medical Billing Assistance:
This service is ideal for senior adults who need assistance with understanding their medical bills. Our experts review your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements for common errors often found during the medical billing process and help you quickly resolve those discrepancies with your billing agencies. We have helped many seniors avoid overpayment situations and to become more confident in understanding the billing process for future success.
We only charge 5% of the amount the medical office says you owe. For example, if you get a $500 bill from your medical office, we would charge $25 to research that bill to find out the true amount owed. So rather than paying the $500 bill, you might find out that you really didn't owe anything due to billing errors that often go unnoticed. Without our service, you may be inclined to pay the $500 amount, simply because the medical office said you owed the bill.
